The Sanskrit Spelling Is Incredibly Convoluted

The spelling is incredibly convoluted from a kind of simple spelling point of view and it's further complicated by the fact that a lot of the language is influenced by the balikannon. The modern language can deal with various problems they also have the equivalent of them a little mark that says we write this we write this letter because it is present in the original language that we borrowed from but we cannot possibly pronounce this so don't even try. So there are just lots and lots of really funky things if you do look at the the phonology charts on um for the consonants in particular.
