The Problem With Variable Pace Distribution Charts
It's just difficult for the watch to get the timing right when one lap starts and the other one ends. If you're swimming up to one minute 20 seconds per 100 meter pace or slower at one minute 20 second per 100 meters, there would be a 5% discrepancy if you are four seconds per 100 meters off. And I would really want to rely on that data. That's measuring threshold pace instead of VO2 max pace"
