Since 2012 I've been developing training programs and how to get people who don't have this natural kind of super forecaster propensity. It's you need to get them in an environment where they can just make a forecast because most people have never done that before. They haven't done it in a disciplined way. And one of the keys to becoming a better forecaster is to expose your thought process and become familiar with it.
