I think we all need to firstly accept it and not do what I have done in the past, which is kind of hit my head against the wall. And so the accepting part is a key part of the equation because then you can kind of go on to do something about it. So I think this is really important for everyone out there. It reduces as you get older and you end up being not as focused,. You're distracted, you may be tired, you're not feeling that great. The base of climbing or training just doesn't have the same quality as it used to before.
