Lin-Manuel Miranda is an example of somehow the pace required to create something great is sometimes a long one. Rachel Carson's first breakout book was called the Seas Beneath Us and it didn't do well. It took her five years to write her next book part time while she was also working at the fisheries bureau because she realized this thing has to be great. And then you know, we'll find those examples for the rest of our lives. But how do you find those examples? We're not wired for that kind of process.
