The Role of Plasma Forasis in Pulmonary Renal Syndrome
If you see respiratory failure and meal failure in any patient together I think it's a very reasonable thing to think about this and send off the antibodies. If you don't send the antibodies off that's why these diagnosis are often delayed. These patients often sit on the ward for a week on antibiotics not getting better before someone thinks of and sends off an anger. So once you've made the diagnosis of pulmonary renal syndrome what are the treatments I guess specifically for each disease broadly? So let's talk about the common three, hydrosteroids immunosuppression and plasma forasis.
