To lead different types of individuals requires a different form of leadershipright? It just made me think of the leadership that i really starved when i was young. I wanted some one to show me the ropes, you know. And then once i have the ropes, then i don't need you to micro manage me after that. Because it seems like there's an evolution in my growth as a professional, as a student, whichever metaphor you want to go with. But it just, i feel like yo have to almost determine where this person's at, and then your leadership style needs to change with it as well. Ye, ye, nurturing is more nurturing.
