How Portillos Is Navigating the Balance Sheet Marketing

We've seen some big shifts since the pandemic, the need for takeout and delivery to now we want folks to come back in, come dine in. If you want something that's casual dining, ask at a great value and a great price point, Portillos is still the place. Most of our dining rooms will seat more than 200 people. We spend money on true artifacts that are inside our restaurants. Many of our restaurants have 1920s or 30s authentic automobiles, cars and trucks suspended from the dining room ceiling.
