i was eating just like a really high fat diet. i had no idea, i never considered myself as being some one that would eat like a higher fat, lower carp diet. When i started tracking my maconutrients for two weeks, that's what came up. And the biggest shift for me was to lower the fat in my diet an a way increase the carbohydrates in protein. I cut scones out of my life,. which is really unfortunate, ause there's a great bakery up the road, but i'd probably have like three scones a week. Four beers a week, went down to zero. And m i stopped pouring copious amounts of olive oil on everything.
