Overcoming Perfectionism
Perfectionism is an over estimation of the task and an underestimation of your personal skills. Talk back to that negative voice with preset phrases on your phone or computer. You're going to start to pay more attention to the things you do well, write these down nd put them on your refrigerator. Research has shown that this process reduces negativity and depression because it you're practising shifting your focus.
