Each person, i guess, would be a hundred percent unique. I sort of look at it as the when we see all the difference, you know, diets and things out there,. You know, do this for 30 days. And now, in the world of nutrition, they're usually just eating less calories over all. The same thing with the training approach. If we just can sometimes get some one to step out of their normal mode of training, throw some questions at them then, ah, it's going to change their habits. They may get to bed earlier, they may start doing all these other things differently... All of a sudden they feel better and and they see their power go
