How Do You Feed Your Brain and Your Body Properly?

In terms of nutrition, just ecause we've already talked a bit about on that aspect of your work. What else do you advise people to try or experiment with that might directly affect their mental ones? It's always interesting to me when people come to me and they tell me, i have no energy, or, i just want more energy o you know, i can't seem to think clearly. So the first thing i would say is, eat and eat regularly. Eat real food.
