Cognitive bias theory refers to the tendency of the human brain to streamline complex information in simple ways, processing through the filter of personal experiences, pre-judges and preferences. It's kind of like if the brain takes all the information and it can't really practice it all that well because there is so much around it. So how do you actually use this property of your brain to have those biases and to make shortcuts to help you go after things take action, long term that bring that have the highest possibility to bring the results you want.
