Skateboarders Get a Straight Shot
A'Niza Houston is a world-class skateboarder, but he didn't do well in the Olympics. A lot of subpar performance that you see in athletics and mental performance is because people travel to other time zones. Get some bright sunlight in your eyes early in the day, 10, 15 minutes. Avoid bright lights of any kind. Just keep them dim from about 10 p.m. until 4 a.m.
