The Importance of Challenges in Training

The internet did open the door for those things to start to be challenged. That's a good thing. Yes, more people are being exposed. But ideas were challenged. Instead of just being here's linear, that's all that is. You know, then conjugate kind of came before kind of before the internet in a way. It was through powerlifting USA that Luis put this stuff out. And maybe there's hit training. Ken Leisner, you know, had his stuff. I think that's a reason why training has gotten so much better and why the skill level has gotten somuch better.
