I wasn't around a single adult that exercised growing up. My father had terrible insomnia and his general practitioner said to him, go swimming at the Y every noon time on your lunch break. And so he did. He was less stressed because he exercised. Why do some people exercise and keep going, come back and do more? And why do some people Exercise and just stop? There's no formula. I think that the main thing is to do things that you find gratifying them when they studied.
