How to Get Over Anxiety
Do something for yourself every single day. Do something that's going to make you feel good and it's going to let you up inside. Make sure you're breathing. You're inhaling everything that makes you feel good, exhaling what feels like good energy. Try yoga. With each breath, that's another exercise that I actually love to do when I'm super, super anxious. Let me know how it goes. It's just a wave. Life is a wave.
