The Most Important Lifts Are the Most Important Pulls
i tend to priortize the press over the bench for my trainis. And obviously the dead lift is the most important a pulling exercise. If you are an intermediate trainee, you're adding five pounds a week to your squat. You're back up to a three 15 squat in ten sessions. A five session difference for a late intermediate is nothing, absolutely nothing. I would now recommend doing that to make you really sore. O, and especially if you go up to two 70 fives. To save one work out, you've only saved yourself a third of a week. That's five punds o pares! It's just not bi-polar. Please do
