The Role of Light to Load in the Central Nervous System
For the longest time, it would be said and repeated that heavy, you know, the big heavy compounds cause tons of central fatigue. And then if you actually look at the research, what you'll actually find is that lower heavy reps cause very little central fatigue. So essentially we're likely to see more spinal level central nervous system with those light loads in the same way that we see more super spinal central nervous system fatigue. The kind of heavy loads win on both of those central nervous system.
