Sometimes thoughts or feelings might come too, and we can get lost inside them. And if they do, does the feeling tone change as well? As soon as we notice this has happened, just taking a pause and saying so what's the feeling tone of this? If it's a whole thought stream, we could ask the question of the whole thought stream. Ah, is this pleasant or unpleasant, or somewhere in between?
