Is There a Difference Between a Scientist and a Physician?
At a high performance level I'm going to see resolving all these complex problems with a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty. This idea of trying to bring an evidence based model or to think like a scientist is crucial. The more facts you have in a smaller area, the more restricted you are. It doesn't mean that there's an absolute right, but within the context, what's going to work to achieve my goals?
