Epidural Steroid Injections in Chronic Back Pain
I feel like the overwhelming theme so far, and this has been my conclusion in practice. I think it's okay to have medication when they have flares of pain. The evidence for those kind of injections in non-radicular pain is far worse as far as its efficacy compared to placebo injections.
