Meditation Is My Only Alone Friend
For anything that's strong and threatens to to wish you away, then drop into the body. But always remember that you don't have to o do all this through meditation. It's possible to give up. If it's just overwhelming, you know, go and have a cup of tea. You can come back to it later. Not to grit your teas and sang tup. Meditation's my only ally.
