How to Be a Better Communicator

I don't market myself at all I um word of mouth and that way that I know that someone's recommending me because they felt that what I've offered them was being valuable so I actually don't go out there and market too much. The art of communication is running on the fourth and fifth of March in Dundee where I have run two days - it's really it's 12 hours in total of communication skills little workshops helping people work stuff out or address individual issues.
