i was doing body weight work every single day to deal with that issue over time. Two years before that sciatica was finally gonend, then i was like starting to lift. And, you know, i've worked with that crossfoot coach. Ou taught me a lot about lifting, and that's how i got involved in more optimal movement patterns. Some crossfot jims are great, some i've been in em, they're not that great. That's just how it is with everything.
