I think what's interesting, it sounds like we both had relatively positive experiences with this. I think you've actually done it better from what I've seen hands on. But one of the ways in which imposter syndrome can manifest in unhelpful ways is because you feel insecure,. You feel the need to exert your influence or become a little bit more micromanagey as if you don't understand what's going on. So the first thing was actually just learning. The second is realizing that I'm managing people and trying to build relationships with them. And then the third, which I think your exceptional at and I was medium good at was to demonstrate competence.
