I Want to Lose Weight, Am I Fat Shaming?
Some women will have this authentic desire to lose weight. They can pursue intentional weight loss, but I would caution because many people think that when they will lose weight, they will be happier. And it doesn't work that way. You are already 100% worthy and changing the shape of your body won't make you happier. What makes you happy is your own thoughts. Do it as a self care practice. Do it because you already love yourself. It's not as easy as okay, you want to lose weight, let's do it. There will be some real obstacles, it won't be as easy.
