If they have big emotions and it's overwhelming to them and they don't have support, that is actually anti-resonance building. So the key is we show up in that moment,. We help them feel safe, seen, soothed. And then when they have enough, not perfect, but repeated experiences of feeling safe, seen and soot, they get that fourth S of secure.
