Don't be tempted to fall into the well, you know, whatever it might be like trying to push the absolute limit. Schedule that taper now and hold true to it because you probably will. You'll get to that point and you'll think, maybe I can push it a little bit more. But planning it ahead of time know that what you know now and what your plan is recommending is the best thing. It's really important to rest. Good training is designed to give you that sort of rest that you need.
