Introduction

How to prioritize as a product manager. The first part of this talk will focus just on giving a definition of priority. Then I'm going to extend that into how once you create this priority, once you gather information to help make a decision and put together a plan. It's also interesting too, a product management hasn't failed because what's in Vogue one day all of a sudden becomes out of fashion the next day. That leads a very piece of it to keep us on our toes a little bit.
