Our internal fire is synchronized with the solar fire. Our digestion is highest when the sun is highest, which is kind of makes sense. You shouldn't need to like go to bed at a certain time. You should be just like dozing off because it's getting, you know, late. One of the keys to really good sleep is to get morning daylight in your eyes. And so if we can abide by this circadian rhythm, now we're going to sleep better.
