Some teachers will embrace this message wholeheartedly and say, why did I not know about all of this before? But from talking to people who are working with teachers, maybe 50% of teachers have some level of resistance. There's something that psychologists call confirmation bias which inclines people to embrace evidence that accords with their deeply held beliefs. And so sometimes that is going to be an obstacle to getting teachers to embrace this.
