i think duck tape is very useful in a lot of ways, but i don't think it's waterproof. So we've got to keep that bucket healthy and happy. Customers not only grow and expand, but they actually become advocates and evangelists for our product through other of the organization. Leam: Can you remember one that really made you want to continue using the company's productor service? And then maybe one that's door like, i'm never buying from them again)? leam: I mean, olym You know, it's one thing to get the customers, but it's another thing to keep them.
