The Differences Between Therapy and Coaching
It's how acquainted someone is with their shadow sides and what emotional fallout you might they might incur if you help them. A lot of people notice, especially when they do my coaching, it is does resemble therapy. And that is because they can take some of their traumas that they've already worked through or thought through and bring them into the session. So yeah, I think coaches, good coaches could handle things like that well, but not almost as well as most therapists.
