My body is not aligned with the sun when the sun comes up when it goes down. So that means I wouldn't be able to being if it was more aligned. It would be I'd probably be going to sleep at 10 pm and waking up at 6 a.m. Or even earlier, maybe 9 p.m. To 5 a.m Yeah, it's a valid point I mean it's the same same with me I've shifted now because I don't have colleagues in the states that he has calls with at 7 p.m 8 p.m anymore so I've shifted mine back.
