Do Something Hard, Do a Day Easy

A lot of times we apply the hardy easy principle. But also it can mean is, you know, train ing a way that what was once hard is easy. Sunday, hour and a half continuous run. That's just a quodonqo. You see medium length interval, three hundreds, short intervals. The following tuesday, one fifties, cn, longer, relative intervals, four hundreds. And then it kind of tapers off, two sets of ten times a hundred and the classic six times 200 meter. Kind of like pre race workout.
