Do You Really Need to Increase Your Omega Threes?
The typical fat that's in cheese is not omega three. The typical fat in a burgher is not mega three. So what a person really needs is a less fat over all, because if you're having a lot of unhealthy fats, it competes with the good fats and will actually slow down the omega three production. If your foods are proportionately high in omega threeyou'll be two. Some people will supplement on with omega threes.
