You can't hit the same thing every single day and expect it to get better. I don't know if this is necessarily true or not, but I kind of read somewhere that you can like inhibit your serotonin production because instead of making a wake up hormone, you just have caffeine to do it. It's an event during the day, particularly when we're on training camps, like something we all sort of come together and do - which is always great. And so it's kind of important for in that regard, I guess, like it's just like a sort of bonding thing.
