What's the Vision of the Young Bureaucrats?
The people that make those decisions are young bureaucrats, not a on sarregian wine growers. They don't have experience with wines before the 19 sixties that tasted differently. So their idea of what the appellation should present to the outside world as tepicity is a modern, a yeasted, chemically formed, machine harvested wine. And then they say, well, this doesn't taste medior, so you can't call it the same as the right? I mean, its complete insanity.
