How to Take Care of Your Body and Mind in Each Phase

The way that we take care of our body and our mind should look different in every phase because our body is doing different things right? So starting with menstruation this is when self-care is so important it is going to help lower your cortisol again help you feel less stressed and it's going to balance your hormones. When i'm on my period i don't really do any of that as much but I kind of like take care of my body  in the sense that i do whatever she wants when my uterus is shedding its liningwhatever the heck it's doing.
