Self Acceptance Is a Macro. I Don't Need to Change Anything

"I don't think you can truly change for the better in a lasting meaningful way unless it is driven by self acceptance," he says. "Being the shit out of yourself for performance, which you know, I work with a lot of sports people now, like it works." He adds that there are two types of complacency: macro and semi-automatically accepting what's happening to your body or psyche at the moment. 'You can have self love and self acceptance and want to be better in other ways,' Giorgio Armani says.
