How to Choose the Right Accessory Exercises for Your Training
I like putting out more complicated concepts for beginner level lifters so that they can incorporate them into the training and incorporating accessory lists is so key because you can't just do one type of exercise. I really like using a pyramid system like a tearing system wherein the bottom of your base is just like whatever motion you care about the most. A properly performed ring push-up is going to work just as well as a dumbbell bench as a bench press is anything else.
