It's really pleasant here in San Diego. We don't have to do any temperature control in our warehouse. It stays at a nice, you know, 60 degrees all year around. So we're not getting too much lactic acid bacteria going on. And as far as the spontaneous beers go, we just kind of wait until it gets cold.
