The Effects of Temperature on Malting Traits
In 2021, things were much bluer. In 2022, we don't really see that. Everything's much whiter. And so I attributed that to the difference in temperature and we didn't directly measure sunlight. Some barley is that put a lot more blue in their all your own layer and maybe that helps with some of that heat and stress resistance. So that's really interesting to think about. It's unfortunate that we can't share on a podcast, all of the great figures that you guys have in the paper because the figures are fantastic. But we'll try to do the best justice that we can here on the podcast.
