The Importance of Ban Lists in Commander

Black lotus would probably be on band if we're like playing in the universe with no ban list. Turkard sucks to play against. It's not fun at all, but it's not that good. And so that to me felt like a instance where I think the RC was right not to like leap on that and let the community figure out its way around it.
