Sense a Sensation in Your Body
Whatever you experience, sense a sensation in your body and locate the sensation. Find out where it is in the body, where do you feel it most fully? Whatever feels strong, whatever calls your attention, might be a tightness in the throat, or constriction in the chest, the belly. And now note, i'm aware of this sensation. Just say those words to yourself,. Then find the eye who's aware of the sensation, that eye that's witnessing the sensation, and notice where it's located. Maybe it's in front of your face and up a little, or maybe it's in the area of your brain.
