Flight One 29 Cirling Approach
When visual monitring of flight one 29 became difficult and the aircraft went out of sight, the tower bright could have been used by the local controller as an aid to determine its position. The crew resource management training of air china was insufficient for the three flight crew complement. There's definitely some c r m failures there. Ye, just like another lapse, something that could have been done better to help prevent this.
