A fatal mistake most people make is trying to make too many big changes too fast. And your body and brain just don't have time to accept all of that. So it's like, you know, to figure out where you're going on GPS, you need to first identify where you are. That starts with tracking your current food intake. It can be everything from writing down everything you eat on a normal day, every day for a week without trying to impress anybody. At that point, it's much easier to see where we can make small changes that add up to a huge difference.
