Are We Evolved to Like Cold Food?

When food sits around for a long time, it equilibrates with room temperature. Itwa t just came out of the kitchen when food has just been taken out of the refrigerator or the freezer, it's still very cold. Therefore is an indication of freshness. Lukewarm food is in the bacterial danger nthe danger zone is between forty and one, 35 fahrenheit, five and 60 c. That is the zone in which most pathogenic bacteria are happiest and most able to reproduce. So maybe we evolved to be grossed out by lukewarm food because that food is more likely to be contaminated with germs. Cold also restricts microbial growth so maybe we really have evolved
