Revenue R and D and the Revenue Team
Marketing is not serving companies anymore and they should consider reevaluating it. I believe that the company should take the marketing ops and data out of that function and centralize it to a revenue operations function which is focused on internal efficiency. We use a revenue R and D framework we've standardized measurement in our business as well as more than 50 B2B SaaS companies. And so active programs are being run across all different departments of the organization with these experimentation things running in an incubation team inside of the revenue team.
